It’s Moore War Week and we started it off right with the 17th Annual Moore War Run on Saturday! Moore High School Sophomore Dominic Matthias crossed the finish line at 15:12, and MHS Junior Addison Coberly finished at 19:03. MPS Board of Education President Erin Morrison also won the women's category!
This community event continues to grow each year, and none of it would be possible without the dedication of the MHS and WHS Alumni Associations. Thanks for all you do to make this such a spectacular event for runners and families!
Big thanks to the Pride of Moore and Pride of Westmoore drumlines and the Cheer and Pom members lining up the road and sharing good vibes and excitement! There were student-athletes from MHS and WHS who volunteered to be road marshals and clean up. This day is always a wonderful community event that shines a light on the heart of our incredible district.
We can’t wait for #18 next year!
